After Effects CC在Mac(Mavericks)崩溃解决方案（已解决！）

Today, the After Effects CC (12.0.1) bug-fix update was released to make After Effects CC (12.0) compatible with Mac OS X v10.9 (Mavericks).

IMPORTANT: The After Effects CC (12.0.1) update fixes a crash on Mac OS X (v10.9). There is no need to install this update on any other operating system. After Effects CC (12.1) is coming soon for all operating systems and includes this same fix plus many more features and bug fixes. This update is only available as a manual download (not through the automatic Creative Cloud update mechanism) to prevent users on versions of Mac OS X other than v10.9 (Mavericks) from installing it unnecessarily.

To install the After Effects CC (12.0.1) update on Mac OS X v10.9 (Mavericks), go to this download page and follow the instructions.

Be sure that you are signed in and have activated the software—i.e., ensure that you are not running After Effects in free trial mode. The update will not work if you are running the application in trial mode. Sign in to Creative Cloud using any adobe Creative Cloud application on your computer to activate all adobe Creative Cloud applications on that computer.

Tip: If you’re not using a trial version, but you’re seeing the message that the update is not applicable, try one of these tips to force the application to be recognized as activated: Sign out of and then back in to Creative Cloud to refresh the activation state. Also, launching the After Effects render engine (not the full After Effects application) can refresh the activation; the render engine doesn’t have the crashing problem that the full unpatched application does. Finally, if neither of these works, uninstalling and then re-installing After Effects CC (12.0) can help.

After Effects CC (12.0.0) and After Effects CS6 (11.0.0, 11.0.1, and 11.0.2) used the OptiX 2.0 library from Nvidia for the ray-traced 3D renderer. This library is incompatible with Mac OSX v10.9 (Mavericks). After Effects CC (12.0.1) incorporates the new OptiX 3.0 library, which is compatible with Mac OSX v10.9 (Mavericks), as does After Effects CC (12.1)—which is due for release soon—and After Effects CS6 (11.0.3), which is available now.
